Why fasting?
Naturopathy is based on the theory that there is a vital force within the body that allows it to defend itself, thrive, and heal itself. However, to achieve this, one must have an optimal weight and provide the body with tools to help it get there, such as fasting, for example, which naturally cleanses our system and offers a surplus of energy.
